They traveled from Nazareth which is found in Galilee (See Luke 2:4) to Bethlehem

The book of James was written by James and not by Paul. Titus, Romans, 1st and 2nd Timothy, Philemon, and at least 8 other books (letters) of the NT were written by Paul.

70 were sent on a mission to the places where Jesus was going to visit. See: Luke 10:1.
